At long last I have the opportunity to learn to paint with oils.  I've dabbled in pastels, colored pencil and charcoal years ago. "Lake Lure Artists" have encouraged and helped me along. I've even dared to go large...the Lily Pads are a 30"x 40" oil painting in progress. It's fun! It's great to have artist friends and meet with them twice a month
